Currently it's not in the Xbox Game Pass catalog: the Xbox Store shows it requires purchase and 'Cloud playable with Xbox Game Pass... Game purchase required'. There are no reliable public leaks or insiders suggesting an imminent addition. Focus Entertainment has placed some titles on Game Pass (e.g., MIO day-one), which raises the chance, but absence at launch and lack of rumors lower it. I estimate arrival in 6-18 months if a deal is made.
