The publisher (Coatsink/Thunderful) and media coverage indicate a March 12, 2026 release for PC and Xbox Series, accompanied by an explicit announcement of availability on Xbox Game Pass day one. Given the press release and multiple media reports (Windows Central, GamingBolt, others), there are no public signs to the contrary; therefore arrival in the catalog within 12 months is practically certain. It is not active yet because it launches in March.
