Blizzard (Activision Blizzard) is now internal to Microsoft, making World of Warcraft a first-party IP with a high likelihood of joining Game Pass. The game is an MMO with a subscription and ongoing live services, which adds technical and commercial friction (servers, monetization, licensing), so inclusion could be delayed. Given corporate alignment and precedents, it is very likely within 6–12 months.
